Post Event Massage - Performed after athlete is completely finished all competing for the day, focus is relaxation massage with an option to add some deep tissue if athlete requests it. The level of pressure dependent on athlete preference, injuries and condition of the muscles. Relaxes the athlete by calming the sympathetic nervous system also assists the athlete's recovery ; relieve cramping, reduce soreness, enhance venous return and promote lymphatic drainage.

Jeoana Marie Bumanlag grew up in Guimba, Nueva Ecija in the Philippines and migrate to Canada, year 2014. She graduated computer programming @ ACLC Philippines and Health Care Aid @ Alberta Caregiving Institute in Canada.
